from the winning shot in 1982 for the NCAA Championship
game to his six championships in the NBA...

Michael Jordan is arguably the greatest player to ever pick up a basketball.

He was selected from the University of North Carolina in the
1984 NBA draft by the Chicago Bulls. first round. third pick.

in his 14 seasons at Chicago...
MJ was league MVP 5 times.
Rookie of the Year in 1985.
Defensive Player of the year in 1988.
Finals MVP award every year the Bulls reached the Finals.


Michael Jordan will not only be remembered for his dominance on the court,
but for his impact outside of the game of basketball.

MJ is one of the most marketed figures in sport.

He has been a major spokesman for
Gatorade. Mcdonald's. Hanes.  and MCI.

His legacy in basketball apparrel is unmatched.
nearly every kid who has played basketball since the mid eighties
has worn a pair of Nike [ Air ] Jordan sneakers.


[ His Airness ] is captured in our mind's eye.
from the breathtaking dunks
to the near ability to score whenever he needed to.

Lary Bird once described him by saying he is:
"God disguised as Michael Jordan".
